The Chapel of San Bernardino located in the cemetery of Lusernetta, dates back to the fifteenth century and its name is linked to S. Bernardino da Siena (1380-1440), who around 1425 went to the valleys of Lucerna (today’s Val Pellice) for the conversion of the Waldenses.
The external façade, built on the back, is in Gothic style with a brick cladding, while inside there are numerous frescoes by an unknown artist, simply called “Maestro di Lusernetta”.
