Agricamping La Tadea

We are a small family business.
Since 2003 we have been living with our four children in Famolasco, a hilly hamlet of Bibiana on the border with Bagnolo Piemonte.

Thanks to the location halfway between the Bibiana plain and the Montoso woods, we can enjoy an environment particularly rich in different plants and animals (around the company we have registered 40 species of birds and 20 of butterflies).

The house and our land are in a valley facing south and sheltered from the winds, a spring and the waters that come from the houses and from the upstream funds feed a pond that we built in 2014 thanks to European contributions for the “realization of interventions restoration of the agricultural landscape and recreational use of the environment “. The constructed wetland system together with the photovoltaic and solar thermal systems contribute to the ecological sustainability of our company.

In addition to various aquatic plants, it is possible to observe frogs, toads, dragonflies and aquatic insects of which it is possible to follow the various stages of development over the course of the seasons. Summer evenings are illuminated by fireflies and the sunrises and sunsets resound with the calls of the many birds that nest in the surroundings. The horse and the geese help us to contain the growth of the grass while all the natural inhabitants of the pond, to which we have added some tenches, collaborate successfully to eradicate the mosquitoes.
To offer the opportunity to observe and appreciate the value of biodiversity in the field and spend a day in the midst of nature, we have created rest areas where you can set up a tent or have a picnic.

A large walnut tree near the pond dominates and shades the area dedicated to agriculture.

In addition to the pitches, tables and barbecues are available. On request you can book the Tuttopronto solution: tables set with biodegradable crockery and the embers ready upon your arrival.
For a party with friends or to fully enjoy the peace of the place, you can book the exclusive use of the area.

You can collect the fruit and vegetables that you intend to consume on the spot directly in the field.

We organize guided exploration and discovery activities for families and small groups, in particular you can book a visit to the apiary to see the life of bees up close and in complete safety.
