The Refuge is located at 1496 m a.s.l. on the Colle della Vaccera. Colle della Vaccera is a pass in the Cozie Alps that connects the Municipality of Angrogna in Val Pellice with that of Pramollo in Val Chisone.
It can be easily reached by car or bicycle, as well as on foot, and is located at the center of various possible itineraries, both for the environment and for the historical and cultural setting in which they are inserted.
