Dessert with amaretto biscuit and cocoa
Recipe for eight people


  • 6 eggs;
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 100 grams of minced amaretti;
  • 75 grams of bitter cocoa;
  • a spoonful of rum.


Mix all the ingredients together and slow-cook everything in the oven, bain-marie technique,for about 45 minutes.
