Apple pie

Recipe for 10 people

Ingredients

  • 600 gr of flour;
  • 200 gr of sugar;
  • 3 whole eggs;
  • 250 gr of butter;
  • a sachet of yeast;
  • peel of 2 grated lemons;
  • 50 ml of cream.

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, roll out the shortcrust pastry obtained in a buttered oven tray, arrange the apples in the quantity necessary to cover the dough.

Make a cream with 2 eggs 50 ml of cream and cover the apples, then sprinkle everything with sugar.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
