Saras and mustardela cake

For the dough:

  • 250 grams of flour;
  • 100 gr of butter;
  • 100 ml of warm water.

For the stuffing:

  • 100 gr of saras del fen;
  • 150 gr of mustardela;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 ml of cream;
  • 50 ml of milk;
  • salt and pepper as required.


Prepare the dough for the quiche by mixing the ingredients listed above.
