Traditional dish based on breadsticks.
Recipe for 4 people
- 500 gr of breadsticks;
- a liter of meat broth;
- 100 gr of toma cheese;
- 50 ml of tomato sauce;
Grease a copper pan with butter, put the ingredients in layers, starting with the breadsticks and ending with the tomato sauce and chopped toma cheese and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, pour over the broth.
Cook for an hour over low heat, adding more broth if necessary.
